Evening,
My nephew just got the news he needs glasses/contacts. He attends U of A and has spectera (I think-should find out more later). I tried finding someone through the search button but I didn't get anywhere.
Any of you from Tucson?

Hi!
UofA Student here as well! Spectera is interesting. Last palce I worked at Spectera had a case of frames from which to select from. Very limited selection, and not very stylish. Anything out of the covered frames and you pay out of pocket, or, if they are nice, they will take off (Usually $50) the retail price of any other frame since that is what we got re-embursed from Spectera. Lenses are from a Spectera Lab which I Believe is in Deleware (It may be Davis that is in Deleware, so don't quote me as its been a year and I may mix up the two).
I work at an Optical "Sunglasses & Spectacles" which is right on University Blvd right next to Starbucks. He will know where Starbucks is, and every college student certainly knows University Blvd. Check out Spectera Providers, and have him stop in my shop. We take no Insurances, but I am sure I can do 30-35% off for him, or do Cost Plus depending on what he wants. We have limited Opthalmic as we are mostly Sunglasses, so a few D&G, but mostly Kata, Sama, Silhouette. We are trying to get rid of some of these lines, so can work out a deal with him. We use Hoya exclusivley, so at least you know the quality is the best, bar none. Check if he can submit receipts in to Spectera himself for re-embursment.
I am Matt btw. I only work Saturday, Sunday and Monday. However that may work for him as us college students are usually free on weekends.
PM me if you would like my contact info.
~Matt :)
