Progressive Identifier - Optical Laboratories Association 2004

Ocular Anatomy and Physiology - Saude 1993

Understanding Lens Surfacing Brooks 1992

Essentials for Lens Finishing 2003

For the last two books on your list call Indiana University (812)855-4848 (that's the operator ask for the book store), ask them for copies of those two books. I believe they are out of print and expensive as all get up if your trying to buy them in the original prints, but they sell a spiral bound copy with Dr Borish's notes updateing it if you ask for them or at least they did 2 years ago good luck.
