    Need clarification on this rx please

    RX : +0.50-0.75x115
    -1.00-1.25x080 12BI (split)
    Add +3.00

    so would i split it 6BI OU ???

    6 BI OD and 6BI OS will do, and also make it easier for manufacturing and mounting. Unless other prescription specifications exists.
