This is an impossible question for anyone here to answer for you. There simply isn't enough information.
My personal preference with anyone requesting computer glasses is to first have them determine an average working distance that encompasses both the desktop/notebook work and whatever else is on their desk. I then trial frame them at that working distance until I achieve the desired results.
If the person is a programmer, they're likely staring at the monitor for extended periods; if the patient is a CPA, their needs vary widely. Always fit to the task/profession/professional and don't assume that all computer use is the same.
