Its about time Mikey chimed in to tell us he was writing from Denver and had tickets for the next 2 games! (he probably could have gotten the third day too, but he needs to be at work on Monday!) He always cuts it close anyway.

For Game 3 in Colorado, they're going to replace Kevin Youkilis at first base with David Ortiz.

if it were my call, I would replace Manny Ramirez in left field with Jacoby Ellsbury, respecting the exceptionally large outfields at the Colorado ballpark.

That leaves the quandary of first base. Believe it or not, i would go with Youkilis at first base and put both Ramirez and Ortiz on the bench, putting my priority on having the best defense. Really! But looking at the other option, where "Yuke" goes to the bench - who plays better at first base, Ramirez or Ortiz? Ortiz is more experienced at playing first base - from what I know - but he has the lame knee. Ramirez, on the other hand ... ? That would be iike a ticking time bomb. Who knows what kind of weird mental error he could come up with at first base ... it's a scary thought.

It's Cold here in Denver. I am knapping right now resting up for the game. I have tickets for all the games out here and then back in Fenway(if needed).

I wish I was in Denver because I don't think they will be coming back to Fenway until April!

My friend that I go to the games with sold the tickets for game 6 and 7 for $1800(That's cheap but) The guy that bought then payed for them even if it only goes 5.

This Sunday we win the World Series. Next Sunday the Pats go to beat those Marys that play football INSIDE. I don't think the Pats will have too much trouble with MRS. Manning!

Not until AFTER Washington!! There was a big wind on the golf course this AM which should prove to be a factor in today's game. I'm glad Maroney is back!....as well as Harrison and Seymour! Downwind that ball will go further than a hit at Coors Park....or whatever they call that place. Sure did give the Sox fits last night...didn't it!!! :):):)

PS, if anyone wants me, I'll be by the Tube ALL day starting at 1 PM. Sue gave me a pass on my birthday!

There is no story! They just started playing in some games when the sox got the lead. Then they liked the fan reaction so they started playing it in the 8th. As a true Red Sox fan I HATE THAT SONG! It means nothing about the Sox or baseball!

First timers love it though! I am affraid it is going to last a LONG LONG time! Oh well!!
