ABOC Credits

So I went to a CE last night and got my first CE certificate that I must turn in to get 3 hrs credit... but I'm not really sure how to use the form! LoL. (it's that long blue paper)

I am assuming you fill out the bottom half and mail it in to the address listed in Springfield, VA? Then you just keep the top half for your records, right?

Then I didnt know I had an ABO ID#, is that my certificate number? Or is this listed somewhere else?

A lot of stupid Q's I know, but I'm sure you ABO vets can help me out.

The ID # is the certificate #. Fill out the bottom and mail it to the Springfield address.
