Web Cam - Video Chat ?

I think it be neet if
there was a forum - that can be set up to video chat with everyone -

I had just ordered my new Powerbook - and to y understanding they come with one of those built in cams - not sure what i am really gong to be able to do with it - but allot of my friends at work say this is the new thing - to be able to chat via these cams -

how many of you have cams ? and do u ever use them - ? OR IS IT A FEATURE THAT NEVER GETS TURNED ON OR UTILIZED ?

    Have a great week -
    B

I think quite a few have cams. We use our's to talk and view our kids and grandkids all the time. They bring us up on theirs and we do the other side. Easy enough, but bandwidth can cause stuttering. Glad I went to fiber optics.

    Wave

    Hi bt5050

I use my isight camera with my iBook for vid chat. My husband has the built in camera with his macbook pro.

Its great to be able to "see" the person that you are talking to, and also not missing family dinners, birthdays and many other occasions.

I currently use ichat & skype vid chat software.
