    Reclaim tank options(alloy)

We currently have a Coburn 99SD. We're tired of fixing it and would like another solution. Anybody ever try a home brewed remedy? I was considering a hot plate, or possibly an old coffee pot with a strainer in it. Or, does anyone have a used tank that they would like to sell?

    Thanks-Kevin

Originally, I put a drain in the bottom of it, but that didn't work well and the lab guys just bypassed it anyway. Find the alloy melting point and mark it on the dial. The griddle comes with a basket. They put the blocks in that. The griddle is small enough to dump the water, fill some ice cube trays with alloy and put the water back in. Much more simple than dealing with clogged valves.
