I had a lady in the store and I wanted to see what lenses she has. I could not find it in the book I have (someone lost the newer version) and it is not on the LaramyK one. I think it may be a Sola Visualty, because it is similar to the Solamax. The symbol I grabbed is at the reference marks as it did not appear to have anything afterwards. Here it is:
