    Offices for sale

    2 privately owned optometric offices in Raleigh, NC for sale. One is 6 years old, the other 4. Owner wanting to move out of state. Asking price for both together is 350K, no negotiation. Serious inquries only please. Email to jtart2@nc.rr.com

    Optical store in strip mall for sale- My Optician and partner is leaving to go back to school. Must sell Optical , best offer. Great deal for new Optician or Optometrist. Great potential for growth as current owners not actively involved at present. Gross $150K, Asking $100K. Equipment and fixtures worth at least that. Also has access to all union and HMO plans.
