Question Formula for base curve compensation

    Hello All,
At one time I had a formula that would allow me to take a standard single vision rx and put in on a higher than standard base curve (specifically for high rap sunglasses) while altering the p.d. and putting in prism to compensate. Does this formula sound familiar to anyone. I am not a math whiz, but the formula was easy enough to work. I got lazy, allowing my lab to do all the math for me, but now have changed workplaces and don't have that luxury. Time to step back up and be a real optician again. Can anyone help here? Thanks.

There are a couple of wrap compensation programs available for download here on OptiBoard; why not use one of those?

    An Amazing Tool

Thank you so much for the direction. I tried it out and it works beautifully! I am sure I will use this frequently. More annoying questions to come!
