I should have been more clear; the practice has been around 30 years...Me there only a few months. Though a few days without an optician-caused remake would be a record for a Luxottica-owned practice, in my experience.

So all of this is handled by the doctor, who also prefers to do his own pretesting. So your complete exam time is actual face time with the doctor. If you need to ask him a question, or have a comment for him, He will always return your call or make time for you.

If this is the case, you should have a very successful operation which NO chain can offer.
I just hate these pre-testing factories operated by employees that have been trained in house and dont really know why they are doing their job.
