Looking for parts for a Coburn 108

I'm looking for parts for a Coburn 108. Specifically the hydrolic chuck that holds the lens block???

That chuck is pricey at about $1,400 from coburn. I just bought a very used 108 CT and the inside of the chuck (where the piston slides left-right) was all corroded and leaking fluid.

I've since repaired it by spending about $5 and 1 hour of manual labor (once I learned how to take it apart).

Do you know what the specific problem is?
