Criticism? Do We Want it?

The purpose of this thread is find out and if favorable what criticisms we have and hear of ourselves and our compeditors. We should not list the names of our compeditors in this but just things that we observe and hear when a patient criticises us or comes to us complaining about where they have been before.

Things, like I had to wait too long, I couldn't see out of my glasses, the optician had bad manners, whatever.

The objective is to correct our own faults and to capitalize when possible by not exibiting the "wrongs" we hear.

When I was young and still in the retail I had that women come in and said :

I can't go to optician xxxxyyyyzzz anymore, this man stinks of garlic out of his mouth already at 9.AM, ....................and I hate garlic.......................

Gee, Chris's compeditor was probably the only optician safe from Vampires.

They take too long to get anything back.
They are too expensive.
Thier glasses don't hold up.
They won't fix anything, they just make me buy a new frame.
They make me buy too many add-ons.

No one even noticed I was there.

Why didn't they tell me that?

They don't seem to know as much over there.

I will never go there again.
