I found this on the American Optometric Association website (under the paraoptometric section).

I think you could easily edit it to reflect the renewal dates for your particular professions needs.

Hi everyone -

Just wanted to know what you all had to take for Ce's -

as for me - We really don't need to track it - since as for my abo and ncle -
i can just send them a copy of my license when it comes due - no extra ces to keep track of -

and as for our state license - the majority of LOs- attend 1 of many 7 hr credit days- and complete it all in one shot - yearly -

Just wanted to see what everyone else has to do -

ct = 7 credits per yr (( FACE TO FACE )) - no on line Ce's or mail in

Many of us - like to make it a day - at Foxwoods Casino - although there are a few others that we can go to given several times per year -

I just wanted to share this resource if it would help someone stay organized if they weren't able to to go to an event and get all their credits in one shot.

The ABO will send you a report saying "we just received your credits. This is how many you have, how many you need and by when".

I hate to admit but my memory and my filing system are not as reliable as they once were ... (I'm not sure my personal filing system was ever reliable ;))
