Lens Material

What lens material will you recommend for the following Rx:
OD +2.50/-0.75*180
OS +4.50/-1.25*60

and why?

it seems way to braod to put an rx out there - and not offer any more information - such as

1-what they will be used for -
2- frame to be used
3- what the expectations are for the pt - ie thickness - or best VA ? or lightess wt

so i am not sure how any one actually can give there thoughts on something like " what is the best lens for this ??

do u actually work as a dispening optican ? seems kinda odd as a question to be asking
