I would post a picture, but I'm probably the most illiterate computer user on Optiboard. I have trouble just posting what I do, let alone trying to attach pictures!

Now that I am retired from laboring in the optical vineyard this is one of my "workplaces" from May through November; the Rogue River in Gold Hill, Oregon. This Roosevelt Elk is stomping on my salmon and steelheads. In retribution, this fall, I am going to shoot him, rip out his guts, peel off his shin, cut him up and eat him.

Till then I will have to do my best to reduce the fish population.

What a country. What an economic system. How sweet it is.

No DocInChina, actually classical and opera. I find Hayden on the old IPod particularly relaxing while hunting. It lowers the pulse making those long shots just like shooting fish in a barrel. Hey, wait a minute. Shoot fish in a barrel . . . hmmm. Might just open up new sport for the Katie Courick, Oprah Winfrey generation.

And, please, no comments about a gun rack in my pickup truck. I keep my long guns in the trunk of the big **** Republican Town Car.

Anyway, I'll bring my camera and get a few shots of my office, but you can see a lot of our place at our website, done by my daughter.

Then you need to listen to Bela Fleck & The Flecktones. Jazz Bluegrass banjo.
I know that doesn't sound like they belong in the same sentence.

If you can't tell from my posts, I am a stickler in the lab I have a scheduled maintenance and have found that a clean lab tends to run longer than a dirty one and more efficiently.

Poor Harry must be a stickler! He doesn't even have the old lab stand by wall pin up of Miss Bausch and Lomb 1947, or the multicolored power to base curve selection chart, or the monkey brain of leap pads on the edger. Whats this lab coming to? He does'nt even have the discarded booze bottles floating on top of the edger coolant buckets.
