Award winning European eyewear manufacturer with existing $ multi million US revenue stream require a business manager to help establish direct US presence.
We are looking for a mature professional with a proven track record in eyewear sales and general management. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
· Work proactively
· Comfortable multi tasking across numerous departments
· Ability to manage, train and support sellers
· Innovative
· Integrity
· Ability to manage end to end business processes
The role will involve you developing the end to end sales cycle with the support of the parent company. Responsibilities will include:
· Recruitment of the sales team
· Constructing marketing literature
· Developing commercial package
· Structure and deliver training material
· Manage P+L and business forecasting
Our goal is to focus at the top end of our product range where we envisage significant sales based on the success enjoyed in other major overseas markets, whilst maintaining existing revenue from the mass market.
