Tablet PC with Officemate

I was just curious to know if anyone has experience using officemate / examwriter with a tablet pc. It seems like it could be a good option when trying to transfer to a paperless setting. I was thinking of setting up desktop workstations in the office for the staff and then use the Tablet PC for the exams.

Its not a bad option. We have the setup you're talking about in our office. The only downside I can say about it is that the tablet can be quite heavy after a few exams. The key is to get docking stations in each room. Better yet is to get adjustable pivoting trays (similar to the ones that hold TVs).

Also, Examwriter functions better when the screen set horizontally, versus vertically (like a book). However vertically feels more natural, so be sure to go a test out some tablets.

I havent used officemate in 2 years. I would like to get some advice from some of you experts out there. Eyesistant has offered me their package. How do you compare Eyesistant to Officemate? Need to know asap! As they are awaiting my decision.

I use both a tablet PC and a PDA and quite frankly they both leave much to be desired as far as data entry task are concerned. They are both tiresome to use, never where you left them and the enthusiasm for their use is short lived.
