Thanks Chris. I'm sure on some Dr. board someone is probably talking about improvising with a pair of salad tongs. :)

1. Half padded (nylon flat jaw tapered metal)
2. Fingerpiece or wide jaw angling plier
3. Nosepad plier....Sadler that fits screw on and snap on pad arms

Hi Guys,
This my 1st time to reply.
My 1st choice for endpiece and basic frame alignment is the tapered ended nylon gripper by Hilco. And for nose pads the slim line pad plier.
For those times I need to use a plier in a unique and interesting way and still need to protect the frame I will use a heat shrink tube to cover the plier ends.

LOL, I dated a guy who had a little piece of his ear missing due to such "pliars" used at his delivery.
If/when I give birth, the doc will have to agree to leave the salad tongs at home!
