    Diagnosis Code?

    Does anyone out there know what code to use for an occluder contact.

    Looking in my Codes set book. You can either use the appropriate code for material and type (spherical, toric/prism ballast, or bifocal) or use V2599 for not otherwise classified contact lens.

    92070 is an old code isnt it I thought they were al v----
    were not sure what to use v2770 is an ocluder lens doesnt specify whether contact or eyeglass, V2599 also looks like a possibility Contact lense other

    I was under the impression that the V2770 was for eyeglasses and we submit and get payed that way. I would suggest that you submit under V2599.
