    wavefront tech from Zeiss.

    Dear Guys ,
last week i went in Munich to see the Optical Fair : Optimunchen.
At Zeiss stand I have seen the Zeiss guys to show at Opticians the use of aberrometer to determine the corneal aberration.
My first impression was that this kind of instrument is very easy to use and its software is very powerful.
At the end of the test the software show a simulation in which user can see the difference o f view between :
    1) sight without standard correction
    2) sight with standard correction
    3) sight with standard correction and corneal aberration correction.

My personal opinion was that in this software simulation there was not difference betweeen point 2 and 3.:(

Was there a software bug or my 10/10 sight start to decrease?

Were your eyes being tested, or was this simply a simulation?

No. I have seen more than 5 guys to check their corneal aberration with a Zeiss aberrometer.
Strangely i was not able to appreciate a consistence difference in correction simulation between a standard correction and a 'customized correction' .

These things are minimal, at best. You see that the "emperor has no clothes". :)

Well, it's not going to "make the blind see" or anything, if that's what you're asking. ;)
