Frame Display Help

I happened up on several of these old style frame displays and wanted to use them for a "retro style" shop. The problem is this ..... several of the frame pegs have broken off completely, broken in half, or have turned a gross yellowish color.

Does anyone know where I may be able to find replacements??? Or am I better off to just break the rest of them, drill out the old peg, and replace with all new pegs/rods.

I really like these frame bars as it reminds me of my dads old shop from when I was a 'little yonker'.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

You can probably paint the rods. Consider signage in the places where you have broken rods.

Frankley I would go and get some wooden dowell's, notche them, put on some paint or stain that would match the decore of the dispinsary, [if you stain them, put on a few coat's of clear coat] and it would look great. That would be quicker then trying to find replacements, work and look just as nice.
