The Picton circus begins. The grusome details are emerging and they aint pretty. Port Coquitlam, (My hometown) used to be known for being the hometown of Terry Fox, who I went to school with, but now will be known as the home of Canada's worst serial killer, and one of the worst North America has ever spawned. Is this guy related to the late Jeffry Dahmer or something? What a horror house.
