I checked the FDA data base and there is a company called Soft Lens Technology with an FDA registration number. They have no products associated with an FDA number though. I believe that without an FDA number for their contact lenses by default they do not have FDA approval and cannot be sold in the US. I would check this before you start working with the product.

I saw many sites selling this product when I first did a Google search. If they do not have an FDA number for the contact lens product I am assuming it is a private label product being supplied from another company that has FDA registered product.
