I have missed so many Thanksgivings and it is my favorite holiday too. Last year I decided not to miss it anymore and went to great pains to have a full thanksgiving meal, which I did succeed in having. This was year number two and we had 10 people over for a dinner party. I spent 2 days cooking: 14 lb. Roast Turkey, 2 kinds of stuffing, whole berry cranbury sauce, mashed sweet potatoes baked with marshmellows melted on top, roasted pumpkin soup, lemon poppy bread, corn bread, apple pie, salad, wine, vodka, beer, coffee.......it was great.
