Hi all.
One patient visted my office to buy his first PAL. He is 45-years old. Although he has no medical anomalies, shows some different refractive error. his prescription is as below.
OD: PL Add +1.25
OS: +0.25 -2.00 180 Add +1.25
As you know well, if he wears his PAL, he may fell vertical prismatic deviation as well as it tends to raises patient non-adapation. in addition, the power of near portions are +1.25(OD) and -0.50(OS) respectively. therefore, it becomes antimetropia.
I'm under considering to order Zeiss HS with slab-off to remove vertical prism effect.
If you have another idea, please suggest.
it is very urgent.
