I have fitted Comforts for years at 18 and had no trouble at all.

Carrefully select who you dispence what to, not every Pt. will wear every lens sucessfully. Some short corridore lenses will work for some people, some people cant tollerate the difference between the Panamic to the Comfort. 3 weeks ago one woman (apx ou rx +1.00/+1.75) told me that she cant tell the difference between the Liberty my co worker fit her with at 19 high and the Ellipse I fit her with at 16 high. She could read a phone book with both pairs & claims to be able to wear both on the computer. Her husband (apx rx +2.75/+2.75) was ready to set fire to the store when we tried to fit him in a panamic at 29 ht. (BIG AUTOFLEX AVAITOR) He only wears comforts. I wanted to fit him in an Ipseo but he almost had a heart attack when I asked him to put on the headset. Myopes are usually easier But I have a -14.00 / +2.00 who wears the VIP Gold. Tried 3 different varilux lenses, shamir, zeiss, hoya, J&J . All no good. Whats the right answer???

Nikon Presio W or Nikon Presio i13

    1. Please , try Nikon Presio W or Nikon Presio i13 - 1.74 for -14.00 / +2.00.
I have been test Nikon Presio i13 with OU Rx - 16.00D ADD 2.50D that can read all page of A4.

    2. For ou rx +1.00/+1.75 with Ellipse can use computer by up the neck and used the reading zone to see monitor. ( The wearer who do like this with Short Corridor PALs will need more Addition every year, bad luck for them )

    3. For apx rx +2.75/+2.75 who get used to Comfort will unhappy with Panamic at fitting height 29 , this is normal because Panamic is good for new wearer only , not recommended for Comfort wearer at all , and if switching from Comfort to Ipseo may be better or may be about the same or even worst if have some error on VPS. In this case , try Rodenstock Impression ILT if distance P.D. not 63-65mm , or try Rodenstock Multigressiv ILT if distance P.D. is 64mm. ( If the wearer can except the price.)

    4. The right answer is put the right PALs on the right wearer. Some wearer like some PALs because one million people = two millions eyes.

    5. I like Rodenstock Impression ILT because all wearer said it the best and much better than iD / Ipseo / Panamic / Comfort / Zeiss Gradal Individaul , and I have been put the price of Impression ILT double of Ipseo , 3 times of iD , 8 time of Panamic and 12 time of Comfort.
Then , the customer still going to pay for Impression ILT.

    6. Rodenstock Impression ILT is only one PALs that close to be Instant Adaptation PALs.
