    Rx Compensation

    In your case you are correct, the change is insignificant. The original refraction is rounded to 0.12 yet we can now manage the change to within 0.01. The next repeatablity needs to happen in refraction. Giving very accurate similar sph. cyl and axis is the nexted needed area to match with the ability to make more accurate lenses.

    I can...if I still had my ol' AO 12620 Digital/analogue lensmeter.

    We used to routinely read to plus/minus 0.02D...albeit with some training
