    Question Pal Identifier Charts


    HI , i'm in search of a PAL identifier chart that lists out the different engravings on PAL's. I have one but it is very outdated and don't remember where i picked this one up... i do know it's over 9years old. ANy help would be great.

    I think you can also get them directly from OLA.They used to be free :) but Now I think the charge is $15.00. Try their website and see if you can get one that way.

    Post Progressive identifiers

    Stick with your local lab. We buy them from the OLA but if you are doing business with a lab you should get one free, or much less than face value.

    I believe one of the eyecare magazines puts out a lens edition every year or every other year and if you watch for it you can get it for free. I believe it is a magazine supplement to 20/20.:hammer:

    You can also get LENSES. It is the Lens compliment to FRAMES magazine. This is the one periodical that I believe has info on all current lens designs.
