    Auto Lensometer

I am in the market for a good automatic lensometer and would like some feedback on what brands people are using and their comments. I don't need the top of the line, just a good unit that I can use to save some time as I am a one man shop. I have a traditional lensometer and an older AO, model NL-1 that seems pretty accurate. However, I was told by an older optician not to block using an automatic lensometer as they are not reliably. Has anyone had this experence. I have seen newer auto lensometer and they seem to be pretty sophisticated. Your comments are appreciated.

No matter how sophoisticated the automatic is, it's no match for the human eye. Use your AO or get a B&L Model 70 and use it.
