From my experience, and others I spoke with, as a licensed optician, Luxottica told me I would work 30 hours per week. So I quit my other job. Little did I know, their word means nothing. They told me to go home early when it was quiet. They cut my hours...Once burnt, twice shy!!. Do not believe what Luxottica says unless you have it in writing. Just my experience so I am trying to advise others.

Judy, you are right it is an old thread, however, facts are facts. It is still happening everyday. Not a very professional way to treat human beings.
