HCFA V-Code

Anyone know if there's a specific HCFA V-code for Trivex? The index of refraction of Trivex is 1.53 which is below the range for code V2782 (1.54 - 1.65).

A number of insurance companies consider it 'high index'. They wouldn't be wrong now, would they......

That's what we currently use. But most insurance companies indicate a index of 1.54 - 1.65 as mid index.
