    Bleb Leak

    1. Is this an early or late bleb leak?
    2. Is the person under concomitant antibiotic therapy?
    3. Is a bandage contact lens being considered instead of bleb revision with a new conj flap?

    bleb repair

If the surgery is going to be scheduled a long time down the road, then a scleral CL works extremely well at sealing it off. Plus, these lenses aren't as uncomfortable as many think.
