Idea Can one pair do or will I need two

Just received my first pair of progressives with Varilux Panamic lenses and the Alize coating. Now for the problem, when looking at the computer I have to raise my head back to far for comfort. I have lowered the monitor as low as it will go and it’s still uncomfortable. My distance and reading prescription is very mild. Now for the he question, is their a better lens for a single pair of glasses that will handle office and driving or will I need to two pairs of glasses and if so what make of lens should I get for the office so I can read, look at the monitor, and see the person across form me.

Computer glasses are certainly an option. Why don't you discuss this and other options with your eyecare professional.

I did have that discussion. I thought I would see what others might bring to the table. You know the educated consumer makes better decisions.

I would suggest you use the search function to access threads that may answer your questions. I just searched on "computer glasses" and found 291 threads on that subject alone. At some point you'll have to trust the ECP who knows you and your optical history.
