If I may interpret “reasonably priced” as “dirt cheap” there is always peg board and golf tees. But I suspect you really want something that looks good and reinforces the visual appeal of the practice, but don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for it. Contact a local cabinet maker. You may be surprised what he can do for not too many rupees. Also, contact a store fixture / display company. Often these guys come in way under the usual optical sources.
Ikea furniture can be converted nicely also very reasonable.
Just get the frame bars or risers from a company like "bright display".

www.framedisplays.com . I don't have any connection with them other than I have used them in the past and found them reasonably priced and their product was as advertised.
