    Theft *#@!

I was recently on ebay and saw a younger gaugemaster for sale at $50.00 and thought to myself score.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=7617852293

I placed a bid about 1 min 30 sec before then end of the auction and figured I would place a bid for $80.00 max just to make sure I get it. 5 seconds before the end of the auction florida2020 came in and yoinked the thing from me. If this is anyone on this board I must say I amhalf ****** and half proud as this is usually my trick to have a bot do my bidding so if you are out there and hear me CONGRATULATIONS and @#*! YOU on your purchase.

    PS - well done.

UPDATE - someone beat me for a Santinelli Set Size Calibrator as well, I am not having a great day. I guess it is safe to say that opticians are finally internet savy.

Don't worry Harry, it's happened to me too. Just sit down, relax, clear your mind for a few minutes and then plot revenge.

It's actually called "sniping"! I learned along time ago, that you need to bid what you are actually willing to pay for an item on ebay. If you try to chase an item a dollar at a time, you will miss out.
