I am looking for memory steel bridge in 16mm,17mm, 18mm...up to 22 mm. Must be nickel coated for easy soldering.

It is not round .So hard to say how much is diameter.The thinnest is about 16-18mm

16-18 mm diameter is for fishing pole.

8 mm diameter of memory steel is made for wonder bras.

2 to 3 mm are used for cell phone antenna.

I am looking for 1.6 mm or less...perhaps 0.8 mm in diameter for optical frames. any possibility??

Yes ,It is really ridiculous.I don't know you are kidding or I am kidding.Frankly speaking ,no customer ever ask for just memory steel bridge.I am really curious about where you are going to use?Can you tell me?As to diameter,I never seen 0.8mm bridge:) .I guess I can break it easily.And if you really want to make this business .You shall tell me quantity ,So that I can quote you the price.If you just want small quantity like 5pcs,6pcs ... ,it is not business.I can send you some samples.Off course ,you pay the feight charge.

So you just want our stock thinnest memory steel bridge?And quantity?

I am not looking for finished memory steel frames because memory steel frames from China are all over the street and I don't like the look (barrels too thick) neither the finishing (coating not done by IP plating/powder coating, therefore, wear out/peal off easily).

Well heat treated memory steel can be extruded down to approx. 0.33mm in diameter for semi-conductor industries and it doesn't snap neither break! Steel mfg in LA does produce such alloy, however, the price they quoted were way too high. Inferred beam device has been used to detect wether or not the nickel/titanium alloy is heat treated evenly. I can consider to order the untreated wire with lower price. If your factory is qualified, I will consider to order 5 kgs of wire at once.

I am going to use this material to build a eyewear with unique design (under patent pending). I can email you the drawing after I understand how helpful your factory can be! Otherwise, never mind~!

I am looking for someone to process the product quality inspection for me with a reasonable service charge in China. Hope you can be the one!:)

I asked for these material .But there is no good news.Your ideas looks great, but I wonder if there is alloy you want in China.
