It seems that I have reluctantly become an expert in these instruments and I would like to see if there is interest in a Forum to discuss the operation, maintenance, parts and use of the instrument.
I have prepared an In-Service document that I will send to anyone that wants a copy. I would also like to have the contact information for a doctor or technician who is skilled in the use of the instrument that would be willing to be a resource to answer operational questions.
Please be on the lookout for machines or parts of machines (specifically, the Marco or Haag Streit).

This is an unusual topic in that it is an ophthalmic instrument that is normally used by technicians. It has not been made for about 20 years and there are few people skilled in their service. I started the thread here because this is the bar where I hang out.
