Complaint For Vx.Comfort

My antie had wear Vx.Comfort for a month but she complaint that when she trying to focus from near to distance,she felt blur afterward she felt headache and cant wear the Vx.comfort at all.Now she felt wear her old pair better than Vx.Comfort.

She power is : R-1.50-1.75X71
L -1.50-1.75X91
Add +2.00
Can anyone give me an opinion?

She needs to take them and her old glasses(progressives also I presume) back to where she got the new glasses and explain the problems she is having. There are many possible reasons for her problems.

The optician should remark the lenses(there are laser marks on them) and double check everything. If everything checks out perhaps the prescription needs to be rechecked with the doctor.

Make sure she takes her older glasses with her so the optician can compare them.
