It's gotta be a joke. Actually, the surgeon listed in the ad below (which has nothing to do with the joke) is a well respected NYC laser surgeon.
mentioned at the bottom are all real laser centers. Things that make you go. . . hmmmm!!

You guys do realize those are contextual Google ads, right? They scan what the content of the page is and cross-reference it with your IP address, so you get localized advertisements that are relevant to the page.
