North Carolina Dream

We so desperatly want to relocate to the NC coast in 2003 - have to plan these things you know. Any boarders have anything to share with me. I don't care if I have to wait tables - it is an honorable living, or sack groceries - someones got to do it. After 22 years in optical I am sooooo ready to get out of it. A quaint little town on the coast would be wonderful. We have tornadoes here in central Illinois so what's a hurricane, at least you have better warnings with those. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Don't know much about NC but There is a GREAT little town (vacation Spot) in South Carolina. Just North of Myrtle Beach called Sunset Beach.

Actually Sunset Beach is in North Carolina. You also may want to check out Shallotte, NC.

:D If you really want a nice place close to Myrtlr Beach, go south about 15 miles to Pawleys Island. the whole area is wonderful and peaceful.
