Wholesale price?

Can anyone give me the exact wholesale cost in US $, of a pair of uncut Physio 360's TL 167 ALIZE and airwear alize.
and also the nikon W AND a few other comparable lenses.
I am trying to wrap my head around the Canadian Uncut prices for these as they just launched here in Canada.
Our new price list has the 360 167 ALIZE XXXXX/ LENS wholesale.
