An interesting twist would be to recognise whether or not you were one of the co-workers that everyone wanted to strangle.
what do they do or not do that makes you want to strangle them? I would like to see if this is just me.
We have an attitude of "that's not my job", or "THAT"S my job", I am not perfect (don't tell them that). But i would like for our group to go into a troubled patient like a team. "This is what we will do for you, I am sorry, but we messed up. Let us take care of that for you." Quit pointing fingers and just get the job done.
I've come accross about 5 of these people in about 10 different jobs :D
You wonder if it's you or them ... its simple ... if others also have problems with them then you know its them :D
They are usually ...
too self-opinionated
too bossy :finger:
or do not care about the job as much as you.
Try to make a friend out of them ... life is easier that way.
When my daughter started law school, she was told that every class has an a$$hole. If you haven't identified that person in two weeks, it's YOU.
I thought that was a pretty astute observation.

There is a good book I read (but I'll cant remember the title!!!) that gave advice on how to deal with different workplace personality types (there were 7 different types I believe -The Victim, The Whiner, The Control Freak etc.)--I found it helpful, and funny.
(I work alone-so I don't get on anyones nerves but my own):)
Chimperial Optical-what a great place to work!
