I have an exam on the slit lamp tommorow and i need help on 1 of the illuminations. Specular Reflection i find it really hard to do since i am learning it on myself, i don't know what to look for in the patients eye, do you look at the edge of the limbus, iris, pupil, i have no clue, all i know is what angle and what intensity of light and that the light has to reflect back at an 90 degree angle. If anybody knows, please help.
This might be an basic question but i am just learning the keratometer, first class today, when you are moving the horizontal and vertical drums, do you move them at the same time???? When you are correcting the mires do you go clockwise with the drum or does it depend whether you have to go up or down.
