Lense Recommendation Please: High Index Bifocal

What lense(s) would you reccomend for the following:

Progressive Bifocal, high index.

Left:
Sphere: -6.00
Cylinder 0.75
Axis 100

Right:
Sphere: -6.00
Cylinder 0.25
Axis 105

Forgot one stat, they are +2 in both eyes.

Find a good Optician you trust

You can find a good optician by asking people you know who also wear glasses. Get good references. If people can see clearly and they are satisfied then the chances of you being satisfied also are very good.

Asking opticans on this board for such a recommendation is a bit difficult. Your budget?, frame size etc. all enter into what is best for you.
