    This is a memo I wrote several years ago for the ANSI Z80 Subcommittee describing the rationale for looser cylinder axis tolerances in the Z80.1 Standard.

    Thank you for your attachment. It is so helpful for me. Before axis error of weak cylinder power usually made me confusion. We tried to produce larger cylinder power like 30D instead of 25D to reduce error happened.
