Does anyone have one of these that they would like to sell?
We are learning retinoscopy at the office and it's pretty difficult to learn on these squirmy kids! I work in ped's.
Thanks!
Sandy

You can purchase one of these from a variety of places relatively inexpensive. Try Franel or WesternOptical for example.
Thanks for the reply! I did a search on both of them and have been unable to find it by search.
Is there another name I should be using to search? I did find one with Richmond though. I've never ordered from them before.
Any other places you'd recommend?
Thanks!

Sandy, as happens time and again, things are called one thing in one area of the country/world and something different elsewhere. Think of the word soda, pop, cola, etc. Yes, they are all a drink, but mean different things around the country. Are you looking for a retinoscopy training eye? This is where you have someone look into a compact flashlight type device and they can see the floaters, dirt, etc? If so, that is at http://franeloptical.com/content.php?s=104 on our site. We also have schematic eye charts. But I think what you are looking for is the FRARTE.
Let me know if this is it or not.
Have a wonderful New Year,
