    Hoyalux iD

Anyone using Hoyalux iD? Is it available in the US? If not Hoyalux iD, what freeform design have you tried?

    Thanks for your input!

Readers of this thread may appreciate this Hoyalux ID lens webpage:
    http://www.hoyaluxid.com/home.htm

That is ALL the input that I can provide, however.

The ID lens has only just been added to our shop price lists and we dispensed out 1st pair last week. The patient has been in multis his whole life and couldnt believe how crisp his vision was his reading field of view was nearly increased by 30-40cm and that wavey effect with fast head movements had gone. He was extremely happy and didnt regret the high price tag at all. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the dispensing feedback- that is exactly what I'm after. I notice you are in Australia. Has anyone in the US dispensed Hoyalux iD? Anyone from Hoya here who knows if it is available in the US?

As a disclaimer, I do work for an ophthalmic manufacturer- I'm just trying to ascertain whether Hoyalux iD is sold in the US and what dispensing experience has been. My mother wore a 1.71 HoyaWide for years and was very happy with them.

ID Closest thing to natural vision

We have been selling the ID for About 3 months now. We have sold about 20 of them with amazing results. We have tried alot of other brands but the ID is the only one that separates the vertical and horizontal progression and obliterates any distortion. Well worth the price.
