Once at 2 weeks, once at at 6 weeks and twice a year or if and when a problem develops, whichever comes first.

I also recommend that the patient see the doctor anually if not told to see him at a different interval by the doctor.
One week, one year.
New wearer..1 week, 1 month, 3 months ,1 year
